Here is a unique opportunity that we have at the T&W Model RR Club. The M&A Railroad has on-line customers and property for additional buildings and sidings that still can be developed. The property available will be listed on this page and you can lease the land or current company at a year length for a nominal donation as little as $25.00 a year. You will have the chance to name the company and decide how often it will be serviced.

This warehouse is located in the inner harbor by the Port of Baltimore docks. Currently available for next year.

Annual Yearly Donation: $50.00

This building located at Haites Jct. needs some TLC and a tenant. This building has not been used for some time, however, it is still on prime real estate that is waiting to be developed. Currently available.

Annual Yearly Donation: $25.00

Upon making a choice of your property and mailing in your donation, you will be sent an information packet about your property and building in which you are leasing. Thanks for participating in this new program!
